In the majority of cases, we’re paid by the lender, not by your client.
Where lenders pay an introduction fee, we structure this so clients receive the same terms they would if they approached the lender directly. Our advice is driven by what’s right for the business, not by commission.
In the rare cases where a lender does not pay a fee - typically with regional or community development funds - we agree a transparent fee with the client upfront to cover the work involved.
